Account Manager / Client Services Manager / Digital Account Manager

A rapidly growing Marketing agency in Hampshire is looking for a Digital Account Manager/Client Account Manager who can contribute to a forward thinking and progressive agency.
The role is Hybrid working; therefore, we are looking for candidates that can work in the office 2 days a week.
Agency or in-house experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple clients
- Act as the first point of contact for clients.
- Work closely with the company directors and Digital marketing team
- Assist in campaign creations.
- Identify market trends and use web analytic tools
- Build client relationships
- Support the creation, management and delivery of campaigns
- Client facing and interacting at all levels.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns
- Provide weekly and monthly reports
Key Skills:
- Experience managing Search and/or paid social campaigns.
- Google Ads/Analytics
- Digital marketing understanding, including content creation and PPC Campaigns - Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads (all desirable).
- Adobe suite and Canva
