Junior Quality Engineer Opportunity, Andover
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer to join our clients manufacturing team. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, improving processes, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities as a Junior Quality Engineer:
- Develop and implement quality control processes
- Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance product quality
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and other regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements within the role as a Junior Quality Engineer:
- Must have minimum of 2 years Quality Engineering experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
