RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and develop Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with standards like AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and spot-checks for processes and products.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure quality measures are adhered to.
- Manage supplier quality, including audits and addressing concerns.
- Support customer communications regarding quality and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in a quality role within manufacturing or engineering.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949.
- Experience with problem-solving tools like 8D, CAPA, and 5-Whys.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data handling and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

DESIRABLE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
- HNC qualification or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- IPC certifications in electronics engineering.
- Experience in supplier quality and conducting supplier audits.
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes, including first article inspections.
