CMA Recruitment Group is pleased to be working with a rapidly expanding business based in Andover who are looking to appoint a Management Accountant/Analyst into an essential role. Reporting into the FD, you will act as their number 2 in a progressive and fast paced environment.
This is an ideal role for a Management Accountant who is looking to work for a growing business with great long term career prospects. Whilst they are recruiting, they will consider looking at immediately available candidates who would consider a temp to perm position.
What will the Management Accountant/Analyst role involve?
- Responsibility for the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Regularly compare actual performance against budget, identifying key variances and supporting corrective action where necessary.
- Lead the forecasting process, contributing to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support business strategy and objectives.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant/Analyst vacancy:
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager/Management Accountant role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing business environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management software.
