Tele Sales Agent, Andover:
- Making outgoing TeleSales calls
- Hit weekly Tele-Sales KPIs
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting high-quality services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their questions and needs.
- Use active listening skills to identify sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and improve sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and outcomes.

Profile
- You will be self motivated to hit KPIs and make sales that pays you commission
- Previous experience in telesales or a customer-focused sales role is desirable.
- Follow up warm leads - This is not cold calling
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive yet friendly approach.
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain resilience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Job Offer
Salary of circa 25,000 - 28,000 plus weekly commission that is circa 600/week (based on average)
