Sales Account Manager - Andover
Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge fire alarm and security systems, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive their expansion through 2025 and beyond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new & returning business opportunities, building strong relationships with new and potential clients as well as maintaining existing relationships. You’ll be working closely with the Managing Director and the wider management team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients, new and existing.- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.- Generating leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.- Negotiating and closing deals with clients
Preferred Candidate Criteria:
- Proven ability to deal with all customers issues in a professional manner- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

This is predominantly office / on the road-based role, covering mostly Hampshire and the Home Counties.
In return for your dedication and commitment to achieving excellent performance, the Sales Account Manager will have a realistic opportunity to earn in excess of £50,000 OTE within the first year, plus an additional car allowance.
