Package: 36,000 - 50,000 Basic + 4,000 Bonus

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable body shop offering an excellent work-life balance with no weekend work. This role is perfect for a professional with expertise in welded and bonded panels, looking for a supportive and high-performing team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Repair and replace welded and bonded panels to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct panel alignment, filler work, and sealing.
• Perform vehicle body repairs using industry-approved techniques and tools.
• Ensure all work is completed within safety and quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience working with welded and bonded panels (mandatory).
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week).
• No weekend work.
