Personnel Selection are seeking a number of Die Casters for a family owned foundry based within Andover Hampshire. Due to an increase of workload, you will be joining and existing friendly team. Our client heavily invests in the latest equipment and tooling and offers excellent training for the right candidates. You will be taught all aspects of producing aluminium die-castings by use of pressure & gravity machines.

A strong work ethic is essential. Standard day shift hours with flexi-time available between 7am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. £12.21ph to £13.19ph depending on experience. Overtime paid after 38 core hours worked at an uplift rate of an extra 50%ph. Great benefits and working atmosphere. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

To be considered for the role you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Experience of working within a foundry environment preferred but training will be given.
  • Previous experience of working within an engineering environment.
  • Machining experience preferred.
  • Must be capable and well motivated.
  • Prepared to work overtime if required.
  • A loyal previous working history.
  • Confident with hand tools.
  • Happy to be standing all day working at your own station.
