- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all targets and expectations are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned technical, manufacturing, and business support resources.
- Identify and resolve project risks and challenges, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Manage project scope, costs, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize and lead project and team meetings, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Support resource planning to accommodate multiple, concurrent engineering projects.
- Drive product testing and verification activities while maintaining cost, timing, and quality targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO9001, IATF16949) and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering managers to allocate project tasks based on team expertise.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Proven experience in Project Management within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in project planning methodologies, including phased gateway planning.
- Understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost-effective production methods.
- Experience in process development, problem-solving techniques (FMEA, 8D), and corrective actions.
- Familiarity with ISO9001, IATF16949 standards (IPC knowledge would be advantageous).
