We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, privately-owned contractor specializing in the delivery of super prime residential builds across the South of England. A new project is starting, and we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on a large estate 80m+ in value, overseeinga section of this build and the managers under them andreporting directly to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of the 15m refurbishment project, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Liaise with the client, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and progress.
  • Ensure that all project deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
  • Manage risk assessments, health and safety protocols, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager overseeing large refurbishment projects or as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor setting.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value refurbishment projects, ideally within the super prime residential sector.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges associated with Grade II listed buildings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
