The role of customer service advisor is a 12 month contract role. It is full-time position (Monday-Friday 0900-1700) with an annual salary of £23,900 per year.
The role of Customer Service Advisor is a varied and interesting role where you will be trained in several areas of the business. Day to day you are speaking with customers and providing a first class service. You will be assisting customers with general enquiries, following up on a multitude of queries and ensuring all administration and documents are completed accurately.
Essential requirements:
- You have at least 2 years’ experience within a customer services role (ideally contact centre experience)
- You are a confident communicator with a friendly and professional telephone manner
- You have strong IT skills and can pick up new systems with ease
- You can work independently and are a natural problem solver
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a small team
- You have excellent attention to detail and strong grammatical skills
- You are fluent in English (both speaking and writing) with eligibility to work in the UK
- You are able to travel to Andover for ad-hoc office days
