What an ideal customer service advisor would bring to the role

  • Experience working within a call centre environment / telephone based work.
  • FCA Regulated experience such as insurance, finance or car sales etc (not necessary)
  • A good energy and skilled at building report with customers

Duties as a customer service advisor

  • Respond to inbound enquiries by dialling out and explaining the product / service
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell the services
  • Complete all admin associated with enquiries
