Job SummaryOur client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to assist their team on an interim basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Duties
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email and escalate enquiries where necessary
- Assist in ad hoc customer audits
- Demonstrate effective product knowledge and build internal and external customer satisfaction
- Manage day to day relationships with logistics and warehouse
- Arrange customer orders and returns
- Liaise with the planning team to ensure successful customer delivery and communicate any shortages where necessary
- Support product lifestyle management and notify stakeholders of any product changes
- Provide support to other departments where necessary
Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Experience of dealing with and resolving customer complaints
- Ability to resolve customer service issues to the satisfaction of the customer
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working with Third party logistics companies
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- In depth experience of CRM systems
Hours Monday to Friday 08:00am - 4:00pm or 09:00am -5:00pm
Pay £14 -£14.50/hr
