In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure seamless sales operations and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and handle enquiries
  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities to expand customer’s product portfolios
  • Coordinate orders to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Maintain and update internal systems with sales activities to ensure real-time accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide solutions to customer queries with a problem-solving mindset
  • Keep all relevant individuals informed of account changes and escalating concerns
