Personnel Selection are pleased to be working alongside this thriving business, based in Andover, who are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join them on a full time and permanent basis. 

This role will be office based and the hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch. They offer 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, a pension, free on-site parking and have a great company culture.

We are looking for a tenacious, highly organised and service-focused leader, with excellent knowledge of MS Office and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. 

This role will involve the following:

  • Lead and manage the administration functions for national contracts
  • Train and support staff to ensure continuous improvement in service and compliance.
  • Oversee daily client reporting, including compliance, Work in Progress (WIP), customer satisfaction, and manual reports.
  • Participate in client meetings and reviews, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Monitor 12-month servicing expiry forecasts, identifying potential risks and resource planning gaps.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role/s previously, but the main focus is in finding an individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys seeing a task through to completion and is exceptionally well organised, and can therefore manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
