P2P Process Lead

Chilworth Partnership are pleased to be supporting an International Manufacturing business, based in Andover, in their search for a P2P Process Lead (SAP) on a 9-12 month FTC.

Salary - £(phone number removed) p/a + £8,100 car allowance + up to 20% bonus
Hybrid working and occasional European travel

Key Responsibilities include:

• Optimising the accounts payable function within SAP S4 Hana, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Utilising root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to identify and resolve issues in the accounts payable and procurement processes.
• Oversee the design and implementation of the end-to-end planning process across the business and ensure that interdependencies with other processes/functions are fully understood.
• Escalate strategic, cross-GPO issues as needed to the transformation programme’s leadership team.
• Utilising influence and stakeholder management skills to implement changes and improvements to the Accounts Payable and Procurement processes.
• Ensure the solution is adopted effectively within each Business Unit, thus maximising the business benefit

 Key Skills/Experience include:

• Highly skilled and experienced SAP S4 Hana Accounts Payable Specialist
• Experience in STP Ariba Procurement
• Experience working in a HUB/Shared service Organisation, managing relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders
• Can demonstrate a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
• Deep understanding of best practice planning processes, systems and capabilities
• Proven track record in designing & delivering change / business process improvements
