  • Provide classroom support alongside teachers

Essential Criteria/Skills

  • Strong ability to stay calm and resilient under pressure
  • Experience supporting students with mental health needs
  • Effective communication and behaviour management skills

Desirable Criteria

  • Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Previous experience working with secondary and post-16 students with SEMH needs
