Electrician Retrofit – Renewables

Are you a skilled Electrician looking to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector? My client has an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in the South of England.

  • £40,000 + pension + holiday

  • Location Andover / Southampton

As an Electrician, you will be at the forefront of their mission to drive sustainable energy solutions. You will carry out electrical installations, including ventilation systems, lighting, Solar PV Systems, and heating controls, adhering to company procedures and MCS requirements. This role offers the chance to travel to various sites and our office, contributing to the future of renewable energy.

Imagine being part of a team that values your expertise and dedication. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Handling repairs, minor works, breakdown attendance, and urgent calls.
  • Installing products and materials to the highest quality in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Managing parts ordering and job management for fast resolution of client issues or faults.
  • Liaising with residents and clients about works being undertaken.

Ready to take the next step in your career?  To stand out you will have:

  • NVQ 2 or equivalent in Electrical Systems.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • BPEC qualification or equivalent in the installation of Solar PV (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience, particularly within the Social Housing sector.
  • Experience working directly with residents and clients.
  • A clean UK driving license and DBS check.
