Contract Type: Temporary for 3 months

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.15pm

Salary: 12.50 - 17.50 Per Hour DOE

Adecco are recruiting for an exciting opportunity based in Andover. Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering industry, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join their dynamic team in a temporary role for 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products and sub-assemblies from kits of parts
  • Follow build notes, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Test all units prior to packing
  • Utilise various soldering techniques and workshop practises
  • Meet deadlines and follow instructions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in assembling and testing technical products
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
  • Skilled in soldering techniques and workshop practises
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
