Contract Electronics Hardware Design Engineer
OUTSIDE IR35 - 6 Months

£50-58p/h

Our client, a renowned engineering manufacturing firm known for their expertise in bespoke heavy-duty complex systems and machinery, is seeking an Electroncis Hardware Design contractor on a 6 month contract basis to assit with an upcoming project. 

Role Overview: Our client is a leader in the design and manufacture of custom heavy-duty machinery, providing innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients. They are looking for an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to design and develop advanced electronic hardware solutions, ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities for an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer:

  • Design and develop innovative electronic hardware solutions for bespoke heavy-duty machinery.
  • Knowledge of analogue and digital electronics design principles for systems including motor drive and control solutions to requirements.
  • Knowledge of DC electrical wiring systems.
  • Experience in the development and execution of design verification plans.
  • Experience in the design and test of solutions to the requirements of EMC Directive 2004/108/EC.
  • Experience in the design and test of solutions to the requirements of EMC Directive 2004/108/EC.

Qualifications of an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer:

  • Degree/HNC in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electronics hardware design, preferably in heavy-duty machinery or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for circuit and PCB design.
