- Hours: 8am-5pm
- Salary Range : £30,000-£35,000
What you will need
As our EA extraordinaire, you'll be:
- Mastering the art of calendar management for the MD
- Organising events and sorting travel arrangements
- Dealing with general office duties when required
- Wearing multiple hats: PA, HR, and office ninja
- Assisting the sales department with documents etc as and when needed
HR Support
- Support with recruiting for top talent in the candidate pool
- Onboarding new starters smoothly
- Maintaining company employee records and training schedules
You're our perfect match if you've got:
- A track record of previous PA/EA experience in a fast paced environment
- HR support (recruiting, onboarding)
- Ability with MS Software and HR Software
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Fantastic communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to work independently and efficiently and under pressure
