Job description

We are looking for an fantastic EA to support the Managing Director of an expanding company based in Andover.

Are you a dynamic go-getter looking to make your mark in a fast-paced, innovative environment? We're on the hunt for a tech-savvy, multitasking wizard to join the team as an Executive Assistant (EA) with a twist of HR magic!

  • Location: Andover
  • Job Type: Full-time Office Based
  • Hours: 8am-5pm
  • Salary Range : £30,000-£35,000

What you will need

As our EA extraordinaire, you'll be:

  • Mastering the art of calendar management for the MD
  • Organising events and sorting travel arrangements
  • Dealing with general office duties when required
  • Wearing multiple hats: PA, HR, and office ninja
  • Assisting the sales department with documents etc as and when needed

HR Support

  • Support with recruiting for top talent in the candidate pool
  • Onboarding new starters smoothly
  • Maintaining company employee records and training schedules

You're our perfect match if you've got:

  • A track record of previous PA/EA experience in a fast paced environment
  • HR support (recruiting, onboarding)
  • Ability with MS Software and HR Software
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Fantastic communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and efficiently and under pressure
