Are you a highly motivated and analytical finance professional looking to make a significant impact on a thriving and growing international business?We’re partnering with a reputable FMCG  business in their search for a Finance Business Partner. Finance Business Partner - What you'll do:• Drive Operational efficiency: work closely with Commercial and Operations teams to maintain gross margins and optimize processes• Make Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage your advanced Excel skills to design and develop Qlik reports, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions• Partner with the Business: Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis• Forecast Future Success: Develop and own financial forecasts for Commercial and Operations, ensuring long-term sustainability• Optimize Product Profitability: Accurately apportion factory costs to individual products to maximize profitability.• Ensure Financial Integrity: Review and analyse sales, marketing, and operational accruals and journals.• Provide Strategic Insights: compile comprehensive month-end commentary and financial analysis, including price/volume/mix variance, labour cost, and waste analysis• Support Strategic Planning: Assist with strategic forecasting by producing detailed sales forecasts based on market trends and developmentsFinance Business Partner - What you'll need:• Qualifications: Ideally ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified or finalist• Experience: Experience in the manufacturing or food industry is preferred• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract information from ERP systems• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to handle large volumes of data and identify key trendsFinance Business Partner - Why join? • Opportunity for Growth: Join a growing company and contribute to its continued success.• Dynamic Environment: Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.• Collaborative Culture: Collaborate with talented professionals and foster strong relationships.• Package: Salary up to £65,000, hybrid working (3 office days), plus a whole host more!
