Stores Operative / Forklift Driver
* Based in Andover
* Monday to Thursday 08.00 - 16.45 and Friday 15.30 finish
* Temporary to Permanent
* 12.50 PH Plus
We are looking for an experienced Stores Operative to join our client in their stores department. They are a family run, Andover based company who are very successful within the engineering sector. There is plenty of room for progression.
You will be responsible for loading and unloading deliveries, moving stock around the store, and to other departments, and ensuring that all stock is stored safely and securely. You will need to have some previous counter balance experience.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock around the store
- Ensuring that all stock is stored safely and securely
- Operating the Counter Balance Forklift
- Goods in documentation checking, goods checking and acceptance of all deliveries to stock using a warehouse management system
- Assist with continual stock checks to ensure stock level accuracy
