- Ensuring contracts are in line with company standards to a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with internal departments daily
- Key point of contact for contract or RAMS queries
- Maintaining high level of accuracy with quotes, RAMS and purchase orders
- Using in house database to check stock and contracts
- Data entry on Excel
- Ad hoc administration support
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role
- Comfortable with Office 365 packages including Excel
- Good communication both written and verbal
