- Ensuring contracts are in line with company standards to a high level of accuracy.
- Liaising with internal departments daily.
- Being the key point of contact for contract or RAMS queries.
- Maintaining high level of accuracy with quotes, RAMS and purchase orders.
- Using in house database to check stock and contracts.
- Performing data entry on Excel.
- Providing ad hoc administration support.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role.
- Comfortable with Office 365 packages including Excel.
- Good communication both written and verbal.
