Breakdowns Administrator £25 - £28kAndoverFull time - Permanent40 hours a weekAre you a computer centric individual?Interested in joining a Market Leader within the HVAC industry as a Breakdowns Administrator?Attega Groupis currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Breakdowns Administratorto join the team.The main purpose of this role is to to administer and be responsible for logging all the breakdowns from the email box and incoming service calls, creating workshop jobs in Insphire to transfer to BigChangeIn return, our client is offering a salary of up to £28k depending on experience, plus Working Hours1 hour lunch break25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)Free ParkingPension – Employee 5% Employer 3%Corporate Eyecare SchemeDiscretionary Benefits upon successful completion of probation (do not form part of terms and conditions of employment):Group Life Assurance (3 times salary)Private Medical Insurance (individual must ‘Opt-In’)This role is a full time, permanent position. The hours of work will be 40 hours weekly with 1 hour lunchReporting to the Labour and Resource Planning Manager your responsibilities will include:Liaison with the Breakdown Manager for new service calls that have come over for them to speak to the customer prior to despatch of parts / engineers if can’t resolve over the phone.Communicate with customers to triage the issues for portable units and try and resolve over the phone.Arrange swap out of portable units as and when required from creating the workshop job and booking onto driver installer.Carry out exchanges of any assets on Insphire from portable kitClosing down of workshop jobs and updating the Breakdown manager so that they can inform the Customer / RSM.Ordering of any parts required for breakdown jobs in the absence of the Breakdown manager and to be able to action this for the portables.Cover for the Labour & Projects contract coordinator.Onboarding of Netbiter telemetry boxes and an understanding of alarms and when to escalate these.Ensure engineers have hire vehicles when their own is in for service, meaning no down time.Updating sheet to reflect any days in a different vehicle – covers PCN’sArrange small repairs – such as windscreens, wing mirrors & tyres.Monitoring Fleet Inbox, liaising with appropriate people to answer questions.Maintenance of the fleet sheet – for service / MOT data / accidents / repairs log.The ideal candidate:A computer centric personDesirable Previous background within Service CoordinationHVAC KnowledgeA driving license (The site is a little in the sticks)For more information on our Breakdowns Administrator role, please contact Will O'Neill in the Attega Group offices today!
