Job Title: E-Commerce Assistant

Location: Andover

Full Time - Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (Onsite)

Salary: £24,375 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is committed to delivering high quality products and exceptional customer service and are on the lookout for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Assistant to join their team in Andover!

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain product listings on the company website and various e-commerce platforms
  • Create and optimise online product listings to enhance visibility and sales
  • Analyse sales data, generate insightful reports, and help drive informed decisions
  • Assist with customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Support account management tasks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and product listings is a strong advantage
  • Accounts experience is desirable, and marketing experience is a plus!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
