MEP Manager required (to progress towards becoming Head of MEP for the business)
Hampshire - Super-Prime Residential - Permanent

Immediate role for an experienced MEP Manager, to initially carry out a role on a major flagship super-prime residential project in Hampshire. There is massive opportunity for this person to become the Head of MEP for the business within a few years.

The company is a well-established, prestigious, family run building contractor that specialises in renovation, extension and refurbishments of period and bespoke one-off properties.

Main Responsibilities of an MEP Manager (brief version:
Review issued design information
Raise RFIs
Review tender packages
Review schedules of rates and plant and material costs
Arrange and chair regular sub-contractor progress meetings
Prepare and circulate notes with clearly identified and timebound action points.
Arrange and chair regular design review meetings
Develop short-term look-ahead programmes and identify areas where there is risk of slippage.
Liaise with the Quality Manager and cooperate to meet the general requirements of the project quality plan.
Check the installation against the current construction issue drawings.

Experience:
Project values from 10m - 30m as MEP Manager
Track record of time spent with previous employers
High-End Residential (ideal but not essential)
