Our client is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Professional to join their dynamic team in Hampshire. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering high-quality work in customers' homes, this is the role for you.

About the Role
You'll bring your expertise in trades such as:

  • Plastering, drylining, and plaster-boarding
  • Wall tiling and laying vinyl flooring
  • Bricklaying and rendering
  • General building and maintenance
  • Working in a customer-facing environment, you'll ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard. Day-to-day, you'll tackle a variety of jobs, managing your tasks via a handheld device (PDA). While primarily working independently, you'll be part of a responsive and supportive wider team.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience & Qualifications: NVQ or equivalent in general building, or significant hands-on experience in related trades.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to identify issues and specify materials required for resolutions.
  • Customer Focus: A proactive approach to customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • IT Competence: Comfortable using a PDA for managing workloads and communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence is essential as a company vehicle will be provided.
