Position: QHSE Manager

Location: Andover

Salary Range: 45K-55K

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a dedicated QHSE Manager to join their team in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and implementing QHSE initiatives and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with industry certifications.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits to ensure consistent processes and practises.
  • Establish policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Implement environmental policies to reduce the organisation's ecological footprint.
  • Ensure compliance with all QHSE regulations and coordinate inspections and audits.
  • Lead incident investigations and develop response protocols for quick and effective actions.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage and develop the QHSE team, promoting a positive QHSE culture throughout the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in QHSE management.
  • Certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, or similar are highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of QHSE principles, regulations, and best practises.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
