Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier across the UK and Europe, is growing rapidly and is on the lookout for a talented Sales Administrator to join their expanding team to support their sales operations.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure seamless sales operations by managing administrative tasks with precision and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process quotes and handle enquiries
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to address customer needs promptly
  • Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring real-time accuracy
  • Track and manage quotes, following up with relevant team members
  • Coordinate field-based Account Managers’ diaries
  • Provide creative solutions to challenges with a problem-solving mindset
  • Take full ownership of tasks from initiation to completion

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role
