What an ideal Sales Advisor would bring to the role

Experience working within a call centre environment / telephone based work.
FCA Regulated experience such as insurance, finance or car sales etc (not necessary)
A good energy and skilled and building report with customers

Duties as a sales advisor

Respond to inbound enquiries by dialling out and explaining the product / service
Identify opportunities to up-sell the services
Complete all admin associated with enquiries
