Key Responsibilities:
Guide potential buyers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
Present and showcase new homes to prospective clients, providing detailed information about the properties and the community.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find their ideal home.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of our team.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in new homes sales or a similar role in the estate agency sector.
