Your new roleYou will be working within a friendly, engaging and professional team, who work to common goals and objectives. Your role will be diverse, with no two days being the same and the work you undertake having an integral role in the success of the company. Your role will include; sales order processing, ensuring accurate and timely sales order acknowledgements and customer communication. Updating sales reports. Documentation for repair returns/replacements. Processing of Loan Orders and maintaining the loan stock database. Generating Quotations and Invoices. Dealing with enquiries via the phone and email. Providing administrative support to the Sales Operations Manager, Sales Managers and Representatives. Maintain and update customer and distributor records. Liaising with other departments within the business to resolve customer issues. Providing a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers.What you'll need to succeedOur client is seeking to hire a highly experienced and talented Sales Order Processor, who will be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive work history. Our client is seeking to hire an engaging and organised individual who has experience of working within a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail, first class stakeholder engagement skills and be able to learn new software systems effectively.
