In this Teaching Assistant role, you'll work closely with students, guiding and encouraging them to develop a love for learning. Your support will help shape an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth. You'll work with learners of all levels, offering personalised support to help them achieve their best.

The deservingTeaching Assistant must:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Be available for work Monday to Friday.
• Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring towards students.
• A fully checkable work history.
• Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

To work with GSL Education as a Teaching Assistant, you should: 

• Have the right to work in the UK. 

• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years. 

• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
