About the Role:As a Hampshire Lettings Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our colleagues and providing top-tier services for our customers. You'll work closely with the Hampshire lettings team, ensuring the smooth management of tenancy processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing tenancy terminations
  • Advertising properties and ensuring systems are updated accurately and in compliance with regulations
  • Providing timely data updates for performance monitoring
  • Collaborating with local authorities and internal teams throughout the void and lettings process

Work Requirements:You will be required to attend our Andover office 2-3 days per week for training initially, with an average of one day per week thereafter.
