Job Role: MultiPoint Gluer Team Leader
Location: Andover
Hours: 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm (Rotating Weekly)
Salary: 35k

My client designs and manufactures corrugated packaging. The business is one of the leading independent sheet plants in the UK, has an annual turnover of more than 18 million and employs 100 people.
My client operates in the rapidly growing corrugated packaging market and the materials the company works with have strong green credentials and are playing a leading role in the war against single use plastic.
Key Responsibilities of a MultiPoint Gluer Team Leader:
- Managing the team on the Bobst multipoint gluer to achieve and ideally exceed the daily production
- Develop the skill of the team to enhance machine output and to ensure all product that is produced is of the required quality.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
- Support with continuous improvement activities on the
Key Skills of a MultiPoint Gluer Team Leader:
- Experience of multipoint gluing corrugated is
- Ideally this experience should be on Bobst machinery.
- Experience of managing a small team would be advantageous but essential as this role could be the first step into supervision/management.
- A drive to meet production and quality targets and

Annual leave entitlement of 20 working days, increasing to 25 days with service.
