We have a fantastic opportunity with a manufacturer of machinery to the agricultural industry as they seek a Design Engineer to join their team in Andover and Stockbridge, near Winchester. The role is working for manufacturers of agricultural and groundcare equipment including hydraulic trailers, bale feeders, grit spreaders and specialist golf and sports ground mowers. The Design Engineer will report to the R&D Manager and be based across their Andover site, and also their sister company in Stockbridge. In this role you’ll have a leading hand in Product and Concept Development for new and existing machinery, maintaining close relationships with internal teams and external customers and suppliers. Ideally with a background in Solidworks (or close CAD equivalents) you’ll contribute to all phases of the design process from “cradle to the grave” and be tasked with project managing multiple projects and tasks with the support of the wider team. The role is offering an attractive salary up to £50,000 dependant on experience with a competitive benefits scheme.
