Working hours to choose from:

  • Monday to Friday

6:00-14:30 ( £13.66 - £13.86 including attendance bonus)

13:30-22:00 ( £13.86 - £14.36 including attendance bonus)

  • Sunday to Thursday (night shift)

21:30-6:00 ( £14.36 - £15.06 including attendance bonus)

Duties will include:

  • Investigating issues/stock file discrepancies
  • Dealing with pick/pack issues
  • Update the system to ensure an accurate stock record is maintained
  • Effectively track all stock movements within warehouse, minimizing stock adjustments & losses.
  • Maintain safe, secure & tidy warehouse environment.
  • Work closely with secondary warehouse and other locations
  • Stock checking
  • Investigating missing items
  • Responding to Customer Service queries via internal system/email
  • Assisting other departments in the pick time
  • Currying stock consolidation
  • Quality control of stock items

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail,
  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal,
  • Possess a warm and friendly personality and enjoys working with people,
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage,
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook,
  • Flexible "cando" attitude,
  • Self-accountability/motivation.
