We're looking for a reliable and skilled gardener to join our friendly team and help us maintain our reputation for high-quality service.Role Overview:As a self-employed gardener, you will be responsible for a wide range of garden maintenance tasks including hedge cutting, mowing, strimming, bed work, and other general gardening activities. You will be provided with a company van, tools, and support for registering as self-employed if needed. Your responsibilities will also include managing the work van, taking care of tools, and communicating with the company regarding customer requests or issues.Key Responsibilities:* Hedge cutting, lawn mowing, strimming, bed work, and other garden maintenance tasks* Maintain and manage the assigned work van and company tools* Communicate customer requests and report any issues with equipment or services* Ensure high-quality service and attention to detail with every job* Work efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude and 'Can Do' approachSkills & Requirements:* Previous gardening experience is preferred but not essential* Full, valid UK driving licence* Physically fit and able to carry out manual gardening work* Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude* Must be based around West Berkshire / Andover area* Reliable and able to work independentlyHow to Apply:If you're a motivated and skilled gardener looking to join a company where you'll be truly valued, we'd love to hear from you!
