- Acting for landlords, tenants, investors, developers, and lenders across various industries.
- Managing files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
- Advising clients on property finance, land agreements, and complex title issues.
- Engaging in business development and networking to strengthen client relationships and grow the firm's commercial property offering.
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE in commercial property law.
- Confident in managing a full and varied caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Excellent client care and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Experience in mentoring junior staff or a desire to take on leadership responsibilities.
