Commercial Property Solicitor, Hampshire
My client is a small but perfectly formed law firm who are enjoying growth.
The opportunity is for a solicitor or legal executive at NQ to 2 years PQE to handle a busy caseload with a bias towards Commercial Property but with a smattering of Residential Property.
The firm offers clear progression and you will have a real variety of high quality work and you will find that really interesting.
Typical matters coming in will include :
1. Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
2. Landlord and tenant matters
3. Lending/re-finance (personal and corporate) for borrowers and lenders
4. Overage and claw back arrangements, option agreements and conditional development agreements
5. Advice on property aspects of corporate transactions
6. Agricultural property
7. Plot sales
8. Lease extension and leasehold enfranchisement.
You should have trained and gained experience at a noted firm where you will have had exposure to high value matters either as a trainee or as a paralegal.
Reporting directly to a partner you'll forge a strong bond and pick up the skills needed to thrive.
The firm are looking for someone technically strong with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be happy to embrace gentle business development and always be keen on trying to increase profile.
There's a host of great benefits including flexible working and hybrid arrangements.
