An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Fee Earner to join my clients team in their offices based in Andover on a hybrid basis.

Main purpose of the role

To provide effective and timely service to the firms clients in relation to Family Law Matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising clients in relation to Divorce, Children, Financial Remedy and Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.- Drafting court documents including divorce petitions, statements, Children Act applications, Financial remedy documentation, warning letters and general correspondence.- Preparing cases for court hearings, including trial bundles and briefing counsel as required.- Family Mediation
