Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join a growing business who pride themselves on providing an unparalleled service to all their customers.Responsibilities as a Transport & Warehouse Manager:- Ensuring all routing is completed in a timely and efficient manner.- Ensure that all customer orders are processed and dispatched to meet time frames- Responsible for all H&S within the warehouse- Planning and management of all drivers- Provide excellent support and build key supplier relationships- Running and attending team meetings- Ensuring all company vehicles are loaded in a safe and tidy manner- Planning and co-ordination of all inventory management activitiesRequirments:- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role- Proven experience of improving operations in terms of costs, material handling, pick accuracy and delivery- People management skills- In depth knowledge of supply chain management- Strong communication and leadership skillsThe Role:- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience- Monday - Friday, 1pm - 10pm- 22 days holiday, increasing with long service- Access to rewards portal, including cycle to work scheme, discounted shopping and more- Staff discount on productsIf you are interested in this Transport Warehouse Manager position please apply below or give Jemma a call at Pertemps.
