Manufacturing Engineer required for a major electronics manufacturing services company, based in Andover, Hampshire.

The successful manufacturing engineer will coordinate and carry-out engineering activities to ensure the requirements for a product line.

Manufacturing Engineer Position Overview
* Assist senior engineers and management in the execution of tasks for engineering projects.
* Continuous improvement - develop processes and ensure best possible quality and reduce waste.
* Ensure equipment and process standard operating procedures are documented and reviewed for accuracy and compliance.
* Assist production teams in identifying training needs for new and current operators.
* Review new and / or up issued customer documentation to ensure documents and process are compliant to customer requirements.
* Assist quality engineers to investigate instances of poor quality, then compile evidence and data for 8D reports.
* Support senior engineers and management with the introduction of new products and processes.
* Ensure key equipment remains operational by working with the maintenance team.
* Assist senior engineers and management in identifying and documenting business management systems.

Manufacturing Engineer Position Requirements
* A degree qualification; BEng/MEng in an engineering or scientific discipline such as electronics, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
* A minimum of 2 years working in a relevant manufacturing environment.
* Microelectronics experience is desirable
* Based within a commutable distance of Andover, Hampshire.
* A full UK driving licence would be preferred.

Manufacturing Engineer Position Remuneration
* Salary - competitive and dependent upon experience, skill and qualifications.
* Full time position - Monday to Friday
* Working hours - Monday to Thursday - 08:30am to 17:00pm and Friday 08:30am to 15:30pm.
* Holiday package - 25 days + bank holidays.
* Company pension scheme.
* Other company benefits.
