Job Role:
As a Maintenance supervisor/manager, you will be tasked for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site.
Typical Duties will involve:
- To conduct and diagnose electrical fault finding and repairs.
- CNC fault finding and repairs.
- Help develop, implement, and monitor systems such as Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability-Centred Maintenance.
- Support TPM plan.
- Conduct analysis and investigations using Failure Mode Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys) on equipment failures that affect product quality, equipment uptime and plant capacity.
- Participate in the creation and review of maintenance procedures and policies.
- Assist Facility repairs as and when required.
- Support machine relocation (Disconnection and re-commissioning)
- Competent record keeping
Desirable experience
- Have to have a relevant Engineering qualification (electrical)
- Have to be experienced in a face passed manufacturing environment.
- Experience with electrical motors, gear boxes, bearings and sensors.
- Installation of machinery.
- Ability to be self-sufficient whilst working alongside mechanical experts.
- Demonstrated ability to root cause analysis/problem solving processes.
- Mechanical knowledge
- CNC knowledge - desirable
