Production and Engineering Manager

Salary £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented and motivated Production and Engineering Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules to meet delivery time lines and optimise resources
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure materials availability
- Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulations
- Identify areas for process improvement to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Prepare and present regular reports on production output, efficiency, and cost
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of production or manufacturing experience
- Experience in a supervisory or management capacity is required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards
- Effective planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus
