Location: Andover

Are you looking to join a pioneering food manufacturing company with a focus on quality and innovation? This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Auditor to join our technical team and take responsibility for ensuring product safety, legality, and quality from raw materials through to finished products.

Key Responsibilities for Quality Auditor:

  • Implement and audit the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with food safety, legality, and quality standards.
  • Perform inspections and audits for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures.
  • Manage non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver corrective and preventive actions.
  • Complete trend analysis for audits, inspections, and non-conformances.
  • Conduct traceability exercises and mass balance checks as required.
  • Carry out calibration of quality instruments to maintain accurate testing.
  • Investigate and report any deviations from specifications to supervisors and managers.

Skills required for Quality Auditor:

  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage non-conformances effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Good computer skills for data entry, trend analysis, and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and time management abilities.
