Keystone are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned contractor based in the Thames Valley area that specialise in the delivery of luxury residential builds across the South.
They are currently seeking a Freelance Site Manager to work alongside a team in overseeing a large Grade II listed refurbishment of an existing property just north of Andover. Candidate must have at least 3 - 5 years experience delivering refurbishment schemes as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor and must be based within an hour commute of Andover. This site will have until at least February on it and depending on experience the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to 300 per day.
