Are you passionate about digital solutions within higher education? Would you like to make an impact on the success of students and universities across Europe? A highly successful international publisher of educational products is looking to recruit a Digital Success Specialist to join their dynamic team within the International Higher Education sales team. This fully remote role can be based in the UK, the Netherlands or Germany, and will involve travel within Europe as necessary.

As a Digital Success Specialist for Higher education, you will provide digital support to universities and students, helping them implement the company’s solutions across the given European territory and key responsibilities will involve:

  • Driving activations and usage of the company’s Higher Education online learning platforms across Europe, providing pre- and post-sales support and training for both faculty and students
  • Providing tailored student support
  • Working closely with the European Sales team to boost sales of online learning platforms by making recommendations for improvement and integrating technologies.
  • Formulating and implementing customer care plans for European customers using a mix of tools and resources
  • Develop and deliver engaging digital resources and workshops to promote the company’s online learning offerings
  • Provide updates on success and analysis to improve future success with digital solutions

The ideal person will have proven experience in a digital support or customer success role, with a strong understanding of digital tools and technologies. You should have experience with MS Office 365, Salesforce and/or other Learning Management Systems and data visualization tools. The capacity to absorb product information and build on your product knowledge is essential, as are great communication skills. Experience within the Higher Education digital learning area would be a distinct advantage as would be the ability to identify customer issues and develop resolutions. This role requires fluency in English and a valid driving license.
